Load the bar lighter than the reading says. Then take ten kilos off that.
Film one set from the side and watch it once, not five times.
Write the session down afterwards, never beforehand.

None of that appears in any of the papers, because none of it is findable by reading.
It is findable in about three sessions,
which is a considerably shorter course than the one I enrolled in.
